• Requests must be submitted by the deadline assigned to each convention.
  
• Phone requests cannot be accepted.
  
• Reservations will be processed only if the names of all occupants per room are provided. Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing to the Housing Bureau by the deadline.
  
• All rooms must be guaranteed. Please provide an accurate credit card number with expiration date. If you wish to make your deposit by check, you must mail in your request along with the check made payable to
  Visit Winston-Salem.
  
• Room rates do not include the North Carolina state sales and local occupancy taxes, which are currently 7 and 6 percent respectively.
  
• Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  
• Cancellation policies vary with every property. Please check with your assigned hotel to verify their individual procedures.
